Went in to their office to see if they could help us. Lady at desk took down our information and said they'd get back in 2 business days. We called after 2 business had passed and same lady said they'd call us. We called 4 days later, no answer, left a message. Still haven't heard from them and it's been 8 business days.

We sent in an online request for a consultation of a huge legal issue, never offered a consult; instead we received an email that said "our caseload is too big and cannot help you". No call, follow up or inquiry as to the scope of our legal issue. No referral offered either.

My partner and I were having a dispute over an encroachment with our neighbors, and we consulted Mr. Swartz. He offered us a consultation which was very informative.
