Management's initial email communications came off slightly rude. I completely understand that with Covids concerns being what they are that situations and procedures have been changed for everyone's safety. Expecting someone to put money down before being able to actually view the property is just nonsense and bad business ethics, in my opinion. Not sure why this complex doesnt have a game plan like other apartment complexs...is housing not considered an essential trade? Management seemed extremely unhelpful and hesitant, and it really just came across as a scam to get my money when it sounds like my application wasnt even going to be truly considered anyways. Sad because the community looked awesome.

If you are looking for a new home, STAY AWAY! I LIVE HERE and they towed my own car without even telling me! Now im out almost $700! They dont care about the tenants and they just want to take your money! This is a horrible place to live, if i could give them a zero star rating I would. Go to HELL Gekeler Farms

Though there IS still a cool reminder of yester-year with the old Triangle Young Dairy silos/towers present, marking where the cattle/cow pasture and its feed lot once stood, the apartment complex itself isn't exactly to-par...it's steadfastly going DOWNHILL, truth-be-told! (Just like the rest of Boise & the Treasure Valley) Too many illegal "residents" and not enough conscientious management/personnel to keep up any/all remaining decency in that community/neighborhood plus stay atop/abreast of it all! End-of-subject!

It's been really nice living here. The property is well taken care of and the management is laid back (in a good way). I was pleasantly surprised that the walls seem to be decently thick with little sound travel. Either that or our neighbors only whisper. My favorite feature in our apartment is the big windows that let in so much light! Very pet friendly with many options for walking paths and parks. Our neighbors are usually good about picking up after their dogs, but we do occasionally have to deal with some not-so-nice neighbors. Beautiful, convenient location. The only problem we have had here was the parking. The single car garages assigned to each apartment are a much better upgrade to the typical carports but there is so little room for additional vehicle parking. If you've lived in apartment complexes, you probably know this problem is typical for big complexes. It's not terrible, just really annoying some days.
