Allegiant Air

Customer service is lower than low. Calling customer service for two weeks only to be put on hold for two or more hours. Trying to get information about receiving and redeeming vouchers for a cancelled flight. If there was another airline with a direct flight Boise to Orange County I'd be on it. Does anyone actually work there???

The price is great. The planes are fine. It's the staff that's the problem to a point. They can be very rude. G41412, this lady cannot hear anyone correctly and then, atleast to me it feels like, she's shouting at everyone lol. Thanks

This airline is a joke. I booked a flight and needed to cancel. It was more to cancel than the flight cost originally. Customer service was of no help after waiting 45 min. On hold to speak. I seriously will never try this airline again. Zero stars if it would let me. I will certainly pass the word.

Honestly with the prices and the additional gouging you would at least expect them to arrive at the ticket counter before you do. I arrived according to the tsa recommended 2 hours for screening Allegiant didnt open until thirty minutes after. they had one agent there for a line that was turning past the entry doors. I recommend any other airline.

The customer service is really terrible. I was on hold for 4 hours before it automatically hung up. No replies to emails or calls or anything.
