Community Services Counseling

Unprofessional community services. I sought this place out as it was recommended by the Ada county courts to get an evaluation , and was left with nothing and wasted money and time. After calling multiple times and leaving messages to get contacted back I was finally contacted back 2 weeks later via a text. Then it took another week of calling to finally get a link sent to me. I went ahead and set up an appointment and was notified my card would only be charged at the time of the service. The day I had the appointment scheduled , I filled out all the questionnaires and paperwork needed an hr prior to the appointment time. After completing all of the stuff needed and only 45min prior to appoint I got a message saying my appointment had to be rescheduled. Oddly enough the money was still taken out of my account without the service being complete. I spent multiple days after this going back and forth trying to get rescheduled. I was told there was nothing for the rest of that week and try for a time the following week. They were very unhelpful in getting me rescheduled asap especially considering I had already paid. A few days later I got an email saying I had a due invoice from them which didnt make sense because my card was already charged and processed. I voiced my concerns and no one even cared to address those issues. Then they just scheduled me for a day without making sure that was doable for me and when I reached out to them to let them know it wouldnt and if they didnt have anything this week I would go elsewhere. The only response I got was an ok , refunded processed , it will be 5-10 business days to clear. They are very unprofessional and are not helpful to their community. Money seems to be their only concern. Do no recommend trying to ever use them or their services.

I went here because of probation. I have a problem peeing. Even NOW, 9 years after the fact, all by myself trying to pee at home, it only works if I pray. My counselor (ben) decided that saliva wasn't good enough for drug tests anymore. They would not use a long syringe to take the pee out of me, so i went to jail for a month. I hope he has been fired, but i doubt it. I give this business 1 star, because Amanda at the desk was beautiful. But Ben? I am 16 years sober. I am an engineer. I hope I never see him again.

the most unprofessional, uneducated "teacher" I have ever seen in my life. clearly this business only cares about money and has little to no desire for community help. the lessons given is dated back to when the teacher was born and very inaccurate.
