Far North Mobile RV Service

I called on a later Sat afternoon, partly because google maps says they were open till 4?5?, but you never know how accurate google is. I got an answer I realized it was late, but I had a small dripping leak from my roof. I was told they could come out at 11am on Tuesday and to run a heater/fan to dry out the roof. I was given an estimate if they could do a quick/easy fix, but if not they need to come to where Ill be in Rathdrum another day. On Tuesday they came, looked at my leak and and said yes they could fix it . The price I paid was less that the estimate, not by a whole lot, but every $ counts and Id rather expect to pay more and actually pay less. I definitely be calling them again if / when I need more repair. Oh they also take extended warranty. Im working for a company that monitors parts of the forest so we all need to be in some type of self contained rv, so I passed on their card/info to my boss

So far Im not too happy with the service I got. I paid almost $200 not including the price for the part to my refrigerator and its still not working correctly. I contacted them again to notify them that my fridge was still not cold and they havent found the time to get back to me. Kinda upset and all the food I had went bad:/ I probably wouldnt recommend them to a friend.

Thanks far North RV service, I called and scheduled far north to come out and repair my refrigerator and water heater. 2 days prior to my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and left a message. No response. One day prior to my appointment I called again to confirm my appointment and left a message. No response. The morning of my appointment I called again only to get an answering machine again I left a message again and got no response. They never showed up to repair my appliances. I took the day off work to make sure that I could be there to get those repairs done. Thanks again for the lack of response and never showing up to complete my repairs. It cost me a whole day of work.

They were great! My oven stopped working. They came out and right away got with the dealership to have the warranty replace it with a new one. I did not have to do anything except wait for the oven to get here. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for the help

While within the thralls of a major snow storm, our furnace stopped working. I called Far North and Heather got right back to me. They came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back to install the new sail switch and we were back up and running within a matter of days. They were communicative, friendly and very professional. I will certainly use them again in the future.
