        Actually a 0! Filled out their paperwork for delivery and they never showed up twice, the third time they backed in the driveway, but didnt even get out of the delivery truck, then drove off. They have issues answering their phone and following through with a scheduled delivery. Took our business elsewhere and the price is .40 cents a gallon cheaper.

        I do not know the name of the person that works in the Blackfoot office but there has not been one time that I have called that she hasn't been very rude. A year ago or so I spoke with her manager about the rudeness and nothing has changed. I called today to pay my bill and again RUDE! She is rude to most everyone because I have personally had others tell me the same thing. I do not understand why LP Propane allows this.

        Highly recommended service! There was this guy named Hugo, he came in one Saturday morning and had a great attitude, he said he was supposed to be off, but got called in! I told him i appreciated it for coming in, he was fast, and really recommend him and his services with LP propane!
