Went there yesterday morning, had heard this was a good business to work with. My wife and I stood in the office together in plain view of at least 3 of the people inside the building [employee's ??] - 12 min later one of them said someone would be with us soon. All the people we observed were Native Americans; the office adorned with Native American art and artifacts; the office was a total mess, paper laying everywhere. As far as we could ascertain, two of the people in the shop were just "visiting", one was walking around avoiding being in our view. Not usually offended, but this sure felt like reverse discrimination to us! White folk just don't rate their attention. So, I spend my morning writing this review, hoping I can prevent some other Caucassion-American the frustration we are feeling.

Tried to get a replacement pavilion cover. We picked out the fabric and they said they would call. Never heard so I checked a month later, picked out the fabric again. Checked two months later, the same story. I picked up my previous cover,t hat was supposed to be copied a year later with no satisfaction. They do not follow through.

Poor experience with ownership. Left two jackets here for two months to have zippers repaired. Checked in 3-4 times for the status and was given the run around constantly by the owner with pink hair saying they were busy and that it would be done next week and so on. These people do not stand by their word, this has been proven multiple times. ***Beware Dishonest people like this in business will eventually cut their own throats.
