I purchased some equipment from these guys and they are very professional to deal with. They even stayed late to load up it up! I appreciated them waiting for my truck after hours. I would recommend Jared and his crew to anyone that is in the market to buy equipment

My tractor motor blew up in early July of 2022. Because I had worked with Agri-Service for years and been so impressed with their work, I asked them if they'd rebuild it. The service manager, Cory, quoted us 18k for the overhaul.
7 months later the tractor still wasn't fixed and Cory WOULD NOT tell me what the bill was, after weeks of asking. So I told him I'm stopping in tomorrow, have everything ready because I want to know what the bill is. The next day he dumped a 45k bill in my lap. From 18k to 45k without telling me. They finally had it ready in June (11 months), and if I wanted my tractor back I had to pay the 45k immediately and in full (no payment plan). So of course I paid it hoping I wouldn't have any issues with the motor for decades. I hooked the tractor to a baler and tried to use it only to find out they had brought it back with blown seals. It used 3 gallons of engine oil, and when I'd call them to tell them, they'd just say oh that's normal on a rebuilt engine, just keep adding oil. Finally I called a different company and they're like, don't run it, that's blown seals.
Agri-service wouldn't send me a loaner tractor when they had my main tractor for a year, nor offer one when they found out the seals were blown. They also put gouges in the new vinyl decals and bashed in the fiberglass nose cone.
Cory said the increase in price was because he couldn't figure out what the motor was because the ID plate was missing and it took them months to figure it out.
One call to the machinist who worked on the motor, followed by a quick call to the manufacturer and I knew exactly what motor it was. Agri-Service shouldn't touch motors if they can't even figure out these basic things.
Update: Agri-Service messed up the rear main housing during the rebuild and had also unwittingly broken the transmission oil housing from splitting it wrong. So if I'd listened to Agri-service and continued to run the tractor and adding oil, it would've burned up the transmission and cost me 20k to fix. I also discovered that they'd made multiple mistakes on the tractor over the years, including when I paid them 4.2k to fix the 4 wheel drive clutch and they rebuilt it wrong, or when I hired them 3 times and paid them 3.8k to fix the a/c and it still wasn't working.
17.5 months later, I finally got my tractor back. I do not recommend Agri-Service to anyone

Agri-Service technicians: $175 an hour + travel charge + miscellaneous charge. The technicians have to purchase their own tools anyways, so a lot of times they head out and start their own business as soon as they have enough experience and can afford their own service truck. So $175 an hour + extra doesn't provide me a tech with decades of experience, it gives a trainee hired to play mechanic who researched how to work on my equipment that morning before heading out.
I live 1.5 hours away, so that equates to well over $500 to pay Agri-Service to train their employee on my equipment (just for them to show up, more if they actually do anything), and then I deal with the aftermath when they make mistakes from lack of experience. (Such as when they filled the engine oil reservoir with hydraulic oil or wired the positive and ground to all positives so the batteries were dead when I needed my tractor in an emergency).
Not to worry though, they are very professional about the mistakes they made and promptly blamed me for everything and found ways to not stand behind what they'd done.
