        This bank's reviews are a bit harsh and undeserved... and outdated. I've been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I agree with others about the hours being inconvenient, but they offer other options to make deposits, withdrawals, etc. The ATM is accessible 24/7 and you can make deposits (with funds typically available immediately) or get cash. You can also make deposits from the app. When I do go in, which is not often, or call, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They've bailed me out of a couple of situations I got myself in to when shopping online. I do wish they hadn't gotten rid of the remote access code feature that they used to offer. It was so convenient!
