Rowley White RV

Just purchased a used rig from Rowley White they had on consignment. There staff offers exceptional service and very thorough inspections on the units they sell. Adam, Dave and the service center made sure the rig was tip top shape before the sale and even replaced broken items before I did my inspection. These guys are great and aren't like the pushy salesmen at the big stores I am so accustomed to. I will definitely look to do business with them again.

Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This is the best purchase experience we have ever had. They made sure to thoroughly go over the RV to make sure everything was in working order before delivering the Sandstorm Toy hauler. They even personally delivered the RV to Utah. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for an RV. We cant say thanks enough for all they did for us to get us into the perfect toy hauler for our needs.

(Roger Kinney) After extensive research and shopping, I purchased an RV in Utah and drove it back to North Idaho. Having 90,000 miles, it was important to me that we purchased a comprehensive warranty. I had communicated with RV specialists and mechanics who work on RVs. They highly recommended US Warranty. My wife and I had quotes from approximately 8 companies, but the reviews were troublesome and the problem is, the other companies will of course try and fight many claims, and I'm sure US Warranty does haggling too. However, my research showed US Warranty had the least issues and this was straight from the experts who do the work. I called US Warranty and they gave me three contacts in North Idaho to purchase a US Warranty. I reached out to all the dealerships. One never called me back, one took nearly a week. Then there was Dave at Rowley, he reached out immediately. He provided me with ALL the information I requested. I had a lot of moving parts for my RV purchase, but Dave respectfully reached out to me and checked in. My wife and I continued to ask questions and Dave contunued to provide fast responses within minutes or hours, even over the weekend. There was no waiting period for the warranty and Dave made sure we had all of our basics covered. I certainly could have chanced with our #2 pic, Good Sam, but customer service and great communication is paramount to me. I will refer friends to Dave at Rowley and will certainly use them again for a Warranty. Great Customer Service.
