We have used Alex for the last 2 years, we were previously with USAA, spending triple the amount we pay now, we have 100% better service, discounts and the local feel! We have had all our claims and questions answered quickly and efficiently! We will never use anyone else!

This is the first time I have worked with a real agent compared to just using an app on my phone to find me what I need. This has completely and totally changed the way I do insurance and how I feel about and understand my policy. I honestly feel like I have the best policy at the best price. Alex was so responsive and helpful. She was honest and did whatever she could to help me save without me losing the integrity of my policy. I foresee myself working with Alex for many many years to come.
