        Let me start by saying the doughnuts were good and service excellent, that being said though I went looking for a really good doughnut and the topping drew me in. I ordered a dozen and the toppings are good but that's really as far as the "doughnuts" they tasted 100% like a glazed funnel cake I wouldn't call it a doughnut tasted like I was at the fair which is not what I expected when biting into a doughnut. They are still tasty if your looking for a treat just don't expect an authentic doughnut. #funnelduck #duckfunnels

        AMAZING. They gave us 2 of each when we only order 1 of each. 50/10. Would DEFINITELY buy from here again.

      Thanks for your feedback Aaron. I’m glad we could provide you with excellent service even though the donuts were different than you expected. There’s definitely a difference between a fresh cake donut vs a raised donut that has been sitting on a shelf all day!

      I am sorry to see that you did not have an exceptional experience in our store. I hope that when the donuts were presented to you that you were able to correct the order to the donuts that you wanted. We do this so that we never have a wrong order but only happy satisfied guests. As for our team member not knowing about all the different options that we DON’T sell in the store, we’re still training her on the hundreds of options that we DO have in the store. We hope to exceed your expectations next time.
