We just got our roof done. They were amazing to work with. They got whole house done in 3 days! I had to have everything brought to bare bones and then they made sure that everything was up to code and I feel went above and beyond what they had to do. It is a rare occasion where I actually want to refer them to close family and friends.

Great experience and roof looks awesome! Levi was very cool, and easy to work with. Roof ninja was the first company I called, but wife wanted a couple estimates before we pulled the trigger. After a horrible experience and attempted hard sell by DaBella - for twice the price RN quoted (stay away from those guys - theyre awful!) I called Levi back and set a date, a few weeks from the call. They knocked it out in 3 days (its a lot of roof), cleaned up well and our roof looks great. No hidden fees, no up sell and no shady gimmicks (like DaBella tried to pull). The price was the price I was given on day one, and they got it done when they said they would - what more could you ask for!?!

Pros: The company responded quickly to my request for a bid, both in gauging the work that needed to be done and sending a bid shortly thereafter. The workers that they sent were hard working and, outside meal breaks, were constantly working on the project.
The price bid was about what I was receiving for the same work from other contractors. They did spot something else that needed to be fixed during the work, which ended up costing me an extra $750.
Cons: After I had signed the contract, they did not initiate any contact with me. After the first week, I called and was told that I would be put on the schedule sometime in the next two weeks. Two weeks later, I had to call again to see when they would come up to do the work. I was provided a couple of tentative dates. Two days later, they showed up without informing me that they were showing up.
Despite my being impressed with the workers, one of them did urinate in my backyard, close to the fence with my neighbor. If they had simply asked to use my bathroom, I would have been happy to accommodate them.
Overall: I would give them 3 - 4 stars. They really need to work on their communication skills and their workers need better etiquette. Service: Roof repair
