Horrible service. They charged me for standard delivery and delivered past the timeline for economy rates then would not reimburse me. Part quality was low as well.

I was taking at look at your order and it looks like we ran into a couple quality control issues. We would rather ship an order late than ship out product that a customer cannot use, I know it’s frustrating but it’s better than getting bad parts on-time or early. We use Jawstec for 3D printing high tolerance products. These prints are often used for prototyping and presentations where big decisions are being made about mass production.
