I recently had a pair of speakers (crate) shipped from Los Angeles to Honolulu, Hawaii. YRC have done an excellent job of delivering them safely and on schedule. I was able to monitor the shipment via their website from pickup to delivery. They delivered the crate as schedule.

Awesome service, I got a freight from Washington to Honolulu they said 2 weeks and I got it in 2 weeks! I called the office in Waipahu to confirm and the lady was very friendly, I picked up my equipment and I gentleman with gray hair helped me all the way, the 2 local ladies very polite, and thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me.

They never answer phone and hold onto freight for several days. If you want to find out anything, you have to drive to their terminal then no one even acknowledges you when you come in their office.
