I had a very satisfying experience at this Waikele store today. There were several offers for rewards Ive been receiving in my gmail for several weeks already. But every time I visit to claim it, the reward I wanted to use in purchasing the Crocs would not apply. This morning I tried again to buy without a reward offer this time. This new associate, Ana who comes from New Zealand 2 months ago, helped me find the models and colors I wanted to buy for my wife and for myself. When the manager whose name is also Ana overheard my unfulfilled expectations about their rewards offer, she offered to assist the younger Ana. I finally got a reward for $5.00 and also got the exact color my wife wanted; which arrived the previous day! Their sales associate are very helpful and friendly. When the color of the Crocs I wanted to buy for my son was not available when I first visited last week, they called their Kapolei branch and reserved one for me. Im a huge fan of Famous Footwear in their stores in Hawaii and California. Two of us in the family have to buy new pairs of shoes every 6 months because of planter fasciitis. Famous Footwear has the wide selection of different brands and models you dont have to far anymore. Its a one-stop shop!
