Amazing store, the woman that helped me out today when buying some quality shoes went absolutely above and beyond to help make sure I was making the right purchase. Genuinely best customer service I have ever expierenced. 10/10 recommend

I didnt get her name, but the woman working here knows what shes talking about. She took all of my concerns and found me tye right running shoe. I love to see people/store do whats right by the customers. I needed to return my First shoe due to it being slightly too heavy and she got me into the right shoe - no pain, comfortable and ready!

Ellie was a fantastic saleswoman! I went in to replace an old pair of Asics shoes. After trying on 4 different recommended shoes bought a pair of Hokas. What I didnt mention was the skill she was able to juggle 3 other people at the same time. Not only was she checking her store stock, but was also calling her other store to see if it was in stock there. That was some great customer service!

My wife and I stopped by here to find my wife some new shoes for the treadmill. The lady that helped us gave us the best customer service we have ever seen. She was very polite and incredibly knowledgeable. We told her exactly what issue my wife was having with her current shoe and she showed us 3 pairs of shoes that were exactly what we needed. She helped us narrow down the choice by asking questions about the fit and feel that we wouldn't have even considered. After using the shoes for an hour on the treadmill, my wife was blown away with the change. Would HIGHLY rexcomwnd this shoe shop for anyone looking for a new pair of running shoes.
