The unit we looked at was filthy. We were told by the agent that we could see more properties, and just stop by the office on Monday. That's either bad information or the woman who answered the door at the office was having a really terrible day. She was definitely a C U Next Tuesday. We walked away and disregarded any listing under their brokerage after that encounter.

They are well responders of anything needed when a tenant is experiencing a plumber problems etc. Their first priority is their tenants.

avoid, avoid, warning, red flags for this company!5/23/22 10am  i put in my application, 2 years tex return, credit report, bank statement.. etc. i was very desperate to get least in waipahu right next to the k's bento, so i was told reception lady sandra and realtor name irren that if any answer from owner even they don't choose me please let me know right away because that's how desperate i was.. etcso one week pass no calls or email so second week i call them every other days to check migh get a answer.. so second week passed, and i called them ask for could you guys please call the owner one more time to check if they still want to rent out that unit or not? irren said we did already, so i said i know but too long so please she said oh well we did it so... why the heck just push phone numbers take 10 seconds (warning sign already shows but i'm so naive to keep waiting..)so third week already so i call again 9am 6/7 they told me out owner gives away other people so i said you mean you guys have another showing after first show at 3 weeks ago? she kind of mumble no...,and i asked when the owner decided? she said this morning 6/7 (what a lier) they open 9am and i called 9am??? comment sense that was iie!!!)1. why this company puts advertisements first place if owner gives away by their friends of friends!2, why the f waist someone's time and energy!3,i asked for return my personal stuff only returned tax return, bank statements only, wher is my credit report statement??? this is how f careless this f company and workers here!!!!4, all the realtor are sucks×100000000000005,if this was selling my house, you get lots % so you guys not a treat me like dirt.5,personally never hire this company now or future.6. don't play games with customers.7.if your company care enough to call me to notice first i don't have to get high blood pressure.8, don't don't lie, don't advertise falls reason, don't do business with careless.  9.return my 2 pages of credit report statements .  advice to public from my self experience!please if you can go serch with your own feet, all commercial, residential realtor are sucker 99%its all about money, they serve money not care if small earnings sucks, comes around goes around, use your foot to serch it might little tired but worth, i don't want someone go though like me, avoid, avoiding, avoided!!!!!!
