Hire these people.  They are professional, respectful, efficient...we hired them to replace siding on one side of our home (the mauka side).  They worked during a rainstorm because they wanted to make sure that the areas that needed siding were covered up.The crew always wore their masks, they always cleaned up the job site every day, and they communicated with us to let us know what was going on.  Hire these people.

As a roofing contractor, I have to coordinate various scopes of work such as carpentry and painting with both the home owner and the general contractor doing the painting, carpentry or other such scopes like new structure additions and tie-ins. It's always a pleasure to work with J&D Builders because of their communications, execution and attention to details. It's a comfort knowing that my company will be on the same job site as J&D Builders. Talk about smooth work flow due to proper planning and communication. Thank you J&D Builders for being that general contractor that just seems to always know how to make things work even in the face of adversity and unforeseen challenges.

We've used J&D Builders for multiple jobs and have kept using them for over 8 years.  Anyone saying that they're not good at communicating is crazy, they're always on top of things.Most recently we had J&D Build a complete ADU for us on a house we purchased.  The work was done well, they worked with us to get the best value for our money, and they worked until everything was perfect.Hands down, this is the best general contractor I've ever worked with.  Daryl is conscious of your time and takes care of every detail.  J&D is a pleasure to work with.
