Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and accommodating. They have an amazing selection too but what really sets them apart is their staff!

I would like to say that I was impressed with the customer service I received, as well as the pandemic protocols that were in place. I work in healthcare & have been very isolated from going out. However, I went in to buy a secret Santa gift (my coworker loves, loves, loves Furla). I walked out with my coworkers gift, as well as a new Furla hand bag for myself lol. The gals here are professional, attentive & all around amazing! I'll be back for more.

They have a nice selection of lady purses and totes. Also reasonably priced, however don't expect anything fancy - this is not Gucci. The staff are friendly and patient with customers. (Some of the staff lack competency but the manager - at least - knows what she is doing.) We bought a small bag from the display (because the employee could not find the new one from the back) but later found out that it had a small damage on the side trimming. The next day we came back hoping to exchange it with the same item in different color. To our surprise, the staff (not the same person) notified us that they actually have the one (of the same color we bought) that is brand new! Okay, so we ask for the exchange but our request was denied since it was final sale for all items. (The clerk previously did not even mention that to us..) We were given the manager's email address, and were told to contact the manager if we want to exchange it. (Sigh-) alright, so we got out and I sent the email (politely) requesting for exchange given the situation. After about one hour later, the manager replied detailing the reason why that happened in the first place, and apologies. Cool, not mad anymore. In overall, the manager knew what she was doing. End of story.
