        Line is long and you have to wait in the sun so you might want to bring a umbrella. I think the Credit union should have the line continue through bank or at Least offer some water for those waiting in the sun

        When I'm in the Kalihi area, this is the go-to branch for me. Private covered parking with attendant and it's also fully validated. The reception and tellers are friendly and efficient. Very convenient location around town.

        I've been a member of Hawaii USA FCU for the past 12+ years now and have always been happy with their services.I do majority of my in person banking here at the Waipahu location, as I used to live/work in the Kunia area. The tellers are always friendly and do their job efficiently. I have had to work with loan officers a few times and they are also very efficient and professional. The only junky parts are that the current/newer location is smaller and can get crowded as they usually have 2-4 tellers working at a time. The parking lot can also get crowded, but luckily it is a section of Waipahu Town Center and you can park further near Longs or Seafood City and walk over. All of those things are out of their control so I didn't feel the need to deduct any stars from my review.I recommend Hawaii USA FCU and this branch in particular for your banking needs.
