I needed a new battery for my car key, and the boys at Autozone were super helpful. Kalen even switched out the new battery for me, which was much appreciated! Mahalo plenty!

The Custer service in here is much better than the other shops around. Ask if the gentlemen know their product and will recommend the best quality.

Bought a tire inflator from this store back in February of 2023 and it broke the second time of being used. I understand the store policy for returns is such and such time from the time of purchase, but after explaining to the associate over the phone that for an tire inflator that's not going to be used often it will most likely surpass the date of returning. The associate put me on a brief hold, probably to ask someone, and return to tell me to bring in the broken one to be replaced. I arrived at the store with my broken product only to be turned away because I have surpassed the return date. My issue is not the return policy but what I was told will not be honored after going out of my way and wasting my time. I've been coming to AutoZone for awhile now to purchase their product whether it's filters, oil, wipers, etc. but after today I will not be a returning customer.
