We came in a little early to complete our tour of the site and unit. Candace noticed that one of the other associates was busy with others on a tour and assisted us! She was so kind and friendly, and very humorous. We really loved the place and the application process has been very fast and easy to complete. All of the employees who have answered the phones whenever Id have questions were also really kind and gave great information, worked with me on budget, amenities, what was close to this and that etc. Thank you for a great experience!

Steer clear of renting this place, my friends. It's a nightmarish experience from start to finish. Picture this: the gate stands wide open all night, inviting in a parade of homeless individuals with their carts rummaging through the garbage. And if the pungent aroma of marijuana permeating the air isn't your cup of tea, I don't know what is. While they may provide decent service during the prospect stage, once you become a resident, good luck getting a response to your calls or messages. Now, let's talk about the rent. Brace yourself for a nasty surprise. The advertised price online conveniently excludes an extra $300 or so for "AREA MAINTENANCE" and another $300 or so for electricity. So, be prepared to shell out a whopping $3,000 per month for a two-bedroom unit. And if you dare to renew your contract, get ready for a price hike that'll make your head spin. Parking is a whole different saga. With only one spot per unit, if you have a second car, you'll find yourself on an eternal waitlist or paying a hefty $100 per month per car or $10 per night to use the visitor stalls. Oh, and did I mention there's no laundry in the units? The pool? Filthy. The laundry room? Equally uninviting. And guess what? Even after nearly a year of residing here, I'm still stuck on the parking waitlist. To top it all off, they've partnered with the infamous towing company, Izzy Tows It. Trust me, if someone parks in your only designated spot, it's a Herculean task to get them towed. I kid you not, it took me over 20 calls to even reach the towing company, and guess what? They didn't show up. And here's the cherry on top: there are over 80 vacant units at the moment. Curious, isn't it? Save yourself the trouble, my friends, and seek out a more suitable place to establish your new home.
