        Service is spotty. Online orders are often ignored. I did an order around 11:30am for pickup at 12:30pm. I arrived and they hadn't even started it and complained that they were too busy. It is now 12:54pm and they still don't have my food ready!

        Incorrect portioning gave 1/2 the portions of my pastrami wrap. When I asked the lady if that was correct she said two scoop in one single tray was the correct portion in for a footlong. She didn't even give a full tray it was only half the single tray when it should have been two trays. Good on training your people to ripping people off while saving cost on your end.

        This salt lake shopping subway is horrible. Seems like the owners are just about the money rather than customer satisfaction. No sandwich of the day etc..
