        Utilizing the park and neighborhood

        Homeless auto-camping in the street and parking lot, homeless camping on the beach and drug dealer city at all hours.of the day and night, but mostly early mornings (b4 7am & after 4pm). This place is beautiful but sketchy. Ballpark is nice for games and practice sessions but beach side is scary: caught druggies searching for their stash in the bushes and buried under certain trees and plants. It is a shame this place is not regularly patrolled by police because it is a known area for open drug use and illegal sales.
