Eunice Bernal really saved the trip for us. We had a prepaid car to be picked up at KOA, but there no cars were available on arrival after our 8 hour flight. A $70 cab fare got us to the hotel, but then we were stranded unless we wanted to pay again to get back to National at KOA to get our car. Hotel wasn't helpful getting the package sorted out, but Eunice made it right and got us a car. Since there is only one restaurant open on the entire resort, which seems fully booked, a car is essential. Thank you, Eunice!!!
