Kalo Homes provides excellent property management services. I work with many other property managers, and I must say their service is second to none. Kerstan and his team are easy to work with, very responsive, and are proactive in maximizing rent potential. I always rave about them when friends ask me how my rental is doing. I do think having the right property managers is key to the success in running an Airbnb like mine. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Kalo Homes to others!
