ABOUT US

Property Maintenance Management Services LLC is a locally owned and operated company servicing the island of O’ahu.  This company was created because the owner knew the value of someone dedicating their time in overseeing the maintenance on the property.  She is an owner for an Association, was a Property Manager Assistance & Project Coordinator for a Property Management company close to 10 years and worked in the construction industry for 10 years.  She continuously heard the same frustration from residents, Property Managers and Board Members because she was working on all sides of the spectrum- The maintenance work for the property is taking so long.

The company was created to focus solely on overseeing maintenance projects, so that the maintenance projects will complete in a timely manner and the residents will reside in a safe place.
