        I just dont understand on why am I coming across ALOT OF issues? You guys put people in position and never train them to do their job. I simply ask for basic questions and I dont get an answer. OR Just TAKE A QUICK SECOND TO GO AND ASK. Every transaction that I have made here in person has cost me time and money. A REAL REFLECTION OF THE LEADERS WHO ARE SPECIFICALLY IN THIS BRANCH. LIKE WHO HIRED YALL. Seriously. What a waste of time

        My company uses this branch and as the employees may be pleasant, the time spent in the bank is ridiculous. Every time I come to this branch Im waiting at least 30 minutes and there is always a line. I dont understand why this large branch doesnt have more employees working on the busy days?? Mondays and Fridays are nightmares at this branch; get ready to spend an hour waiting. 2 employees working is stupid! There are at least 6 teller stations and Ive never seen more than 3 employees working. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!
