We had a plumbing issue on Jan.1, 2024 and PuroClean was prompt to survey the damage, get it all cleaned up, within a reasonable budget. Kai and his crew were knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and we barely knew they were at the house. The set up was so fast! They had to do some demo, and left our home much cleaner than it was before- even taping off areas of the flooring (so we wouldnt trip over anything) that had to stay intact until new flooring arrived. I appreciated that they knew me by my first name when Id call with new questions. Everyone from the office to the onsite crew were warmly professional, honest, flexible, sweet to our dogs, and kind! So much Aloha for this personable business!

From the very first call to come to my residence to inspect, everyone was very helpful and courteous. Geoff, Keola and Emily were very professional. They all understood that I was going through an untimely period with a lot of anxiety. They were all very passionate. Geoff told me that he would provide all the info and measurements to the contractor, which took a load off me to explain. They cleaned up the area before leaving every day they were here. You don't see that too often now days. Thumbs up! Gerald

We had a leak from our refrigerator onto the back wall and limestone floor and we wanted to make sure there was no mold or water damage. Puro clean came out and did a professional assessment. Kai went around and tested everything with a meter and said everything was dry. It was nice to know that there was no mold or water damage to our unit and it gave us great peace of mind and the service was absolutely FREE!! Kai was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Michelle, the President was great at following up and gave great customer service.
