        I’m very pleased with the service I received from Frank today. I was very concerned with rough shifting in my 1997 Odyssey. After a test drive with Frank, he assured me that the problem was the result of normal wear and tear on such an old car. He further advised that it was not due for a rebuild yet, and that with a little TLC it should last quite a while yet. I’m a “shade tree” mechanic myself, and appreciate Frank’s honesty and knowledge.
