The tax preparer who helped me with my tax was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand how the tax return is calculated and how it works. He took his time to explain and answer every questions I asked. To be honest its my first time this year to really understand everything about taxes. I wish everyone who helps prepare the tax returns should follow his example. Thank you Edward Nuuanu for your help.
