Terrible service. They don't answer their phones. You ask for the manager and the manager passes the issue back to other department. Nephew's car has been sitting in their service department for over 3 months now. I hope corporate see/read comments and hopefully help with this issue.

Lack of true customer service; you pay a lot of money for your vehicle and support, so best you find quality elsewhere. Sub-par expertise. Conflicting and poor communications across representatives.

Took my Jeep for service to this dealership and the service was amazing. Brenda went out of her way to help me and communicated with me throughout the service. Will definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to others.
