    Looked at me like I was crazy when I asked where to find the headlights since. This is the only location I've ever been to where they didn't keep them behind the desk

    Never veen treated SO RUDLY... by of all people.... the manager!! He wouldnt even put in my rewards number. He NEEDS customer service training as well as training for personal hygene. A manager representing the store and company SHOULD NOT look nor act like he just rolled out of bed!!

    My frustration slowly started on 3/3-and is still ongoing-(In all honesty this deserves no stars. Given all the fair and good reviews I have read about the staff and managers here. I am disappointed that I cannot say the same in my experience of trying to obtain a refund I clearly have tried to have someone, anyone help me with. For the past 3 weeks I have got the run around on who I need to wait for and who needs to contact corporate to sort things out. I am someone who works customer service too and I promise this is very unacceptable to our business. The amount of time and effort I put in the hours of my day to provide excellent service just to earn that $100.00 is NOT EASY!! ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS MY REFUND. So if you are reading this Kaui, Edwin, Owen, Manu....Anyone. I still need help- Highly annoyed. **UPDATE 3/21/24 Thank you for your response. I have emailed my concerns and proof to the contact provided. Thank you for taking initiative to address my frustration.
