Mr. Phillips is very knowledgeable about family law in Hawaii. However, my case dragged far too long and experienced multiple delays. After paying more than $10,000, there has been very little progress in my case. I often was misinformed about the progress of document production and the dates that documents were actually submitted to the court. I often felt that information I conveyed to Mr. Phillips went unheard and was not considered when he spoke to the other lawyer. If you choose to use Mr. Phillips' services, be sure to follow up to make sure documents are being written and submitted to other lawyer and/or the court.

Don't waste your money on this attorney. Didn't answer my emails or calls until several days or weeks later. Delayed and stalled filling motions and issues with his network amongst many others. Save your money and seek another attorney, this man unfortunately doesn't have passion or lacks the fortitude to engage the other side.

Just wanted to keep my review current..this guys office is above a smoke shop in pearl city...the guy took my retainer of 3k them did nothing and charge me for emails asking what have you done..don't hire this guy..his laptop was broken too and could never figure out child support for me because he said his lap top was broken
