        I take both my kids to the Y for swimming and they absolutely love it. They have learned so much from the teachers who are excellent and experienced swimmers. At the end of each class your childs instructor will talk about what your child needs to work or focus on. The class sizes are perfect and your child gets enough reps. I highly recommend signing your kids up for the program.

        I didnt have many friends on Oahu. Going to the YMCA and being involved in their programs has increased my circle of friends and made my happier

        I have had wonderful experiences at the YMCA at Waipahu and Mililani. Its a good place to meet new people and socialize in a therapeutic environment of exercising under the guidance of excellent instructors. Classes like pilates, chair yoga, weight strengthening, stretch and relax, tai chi, among a few offer many benefits.
