Ohana Tax Service was the best way I have ever filed in all of my adult years! I was educated on why I owe taxes and how to change the outcome for next year! I was able to communicate through email, remotely sign documents through Dropbox and the time difference was no issue for this process! Very grateful for this family business that makes me feel like family! I highly recommend and I will be returning next year and with as many people I can encourage to file taxes next year with them!! Keep up the good work Ohana!!

Was talking with Shannon who had passed me onto the owner of Ohana's and was extremely surprised as to how rude this person was. After she had told me she was not able to support our need with the ERC, I was just hung up on! How unprofessional is that?!?! I was about to ask for help in another way, a reference if at possible, but the ugly monster came out and cut off the conversation quick! Perfect time for Halloween...A real monster there.

Just finished doing my taxes with Rhonda over at Ohana Tax Service for the 5th year and as usual, always getting rear service! They hook up pretty quick with in office appointments, but you can always drop off your taxes to get done if they can't squeeze you in!  They're reasonably priced as far as tax preparation goes. Once you've filed with them, they will call you before the next tax season starts to get you scheduled and avoid the wait!!

I haven't done my taxes in 2 years, decided to try this place near where I live. I didn't have an Appointment but was welcomed by the ladies upfront. Ryan did my taxes and he was super helpful and gave me lots of advise to lower my tax next year!
