After careful consideration and due diligence, my company will not be contracting Mauka Digital, LLC and terminating any further communications for the following conclusions: #1 - Pubic records show you sold your Hawaii residence and are currently living in and working out of Arizona. Pictures obtain on Zillow show a wall that in your Arizona home appears to the one you are sitting in front of in our zoom meeting, therefore I must conclude that you were lying directly to my face when you told me you are working from Hawaii when I specifically asked you where you are physically located. (Fraudulent Representation) #2 - No references. Your buddy doesn't work at the location you claimed, I contacted them and they never hired your company, no one has ever heard of you and reference named person has not worked for them in "years" (More Fraudulent Representation) #3 - Mauka Digital formed as an LLC in Hawaii in 2016, where it is legal to represent you are the President and CEO an LLC via articles filed with the DCCA, which are not, because I checked, it is not legal for you present that your company is actually an Incorporation, as deceptively written in the agreements you sent me. Your true legal title under Mauka Digital, LLC is Jamie Sheppard, Managing Member, not President and CEO as your present yourself to be. (Deceptive Fraudulent Business Representation) #4 - Your Linken Resume is Fraudulent. Your dates and length of time are embellished. (Please see DropGrid, Inc business filing date & Mauka Digital FIling date with the State of Hawaii DCCA - Dates don't add up and DropGrid, Inc dissolved in - "Not in good standings) #5 - You suggest your can't provide any references until you've confirmed with your clients you have their permission yet you provided me with a reference for whom you did not receive permission to use (Mixed Messages and Unprofessional, Contractual Negligence of providing Confidential Client Disclosure with out their permission) #6 - None of your information list any type of mailing address,. (Suspicious conduct) #7 - You have no "team", there is no "we". It is you subcontracting all your work to other independent contractors. (Misrepresentation) #8 - My company is now in damages as a result of your fraudulent misrepresentation as we have wasted 3 weeks working on the presumption you are located in Hawaii and are in fact a bonified Incorporation rather than the discovery you are in fact an LLC.
