        Aloha, I was a Caregiver for Bayada in St. Petersburg, Florida and in Lihue, Hawaii (Kauai), totalling over 3 years. I REALLY enjoyed myself and was always surrounded by a great team of co-workers. I expect to return to my Caregiving Career again after I get settled in after a big move from Kauai back to St. Petersburg, Florida again. I always appreciate having the opportunity to spend some quality time with Elderly people and some handicapped children. I'm proud to work for Bayada and would consider them for my own relatives.         My son is quadreplegic, and requires 24/7 total assist. Hands down the worst Caregiving (employment agency) providers we've had...in 14 years we have had many many nightmare caregivers, but Bayada wins as the WORST EVER! Meds errors by their RN Howard Wilson that landed my son in the hospital. Night on call staff like Kelly Robinson who leave you a message that there is no caregivier coming in to care for your son then turn off their phone!! Caregivers show up (or not) whenever they feel like it. Director Christina White addresses NOTHING, and denies anything is wrong. If you go to their website, be advised that they are the EXACT OPPOSITE of what they tout themselves They are horrible, unsafe, unsanitary un un un...

      BAYADA Home Care is a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the home health care needs of the citizens of Hawaii. Our high-quality, compassionate charitable care includes behavioral health services to help children and adults with autism achieve maximum independence at home, at school, and in their communities; assistive care (personal and home support) to help with activities of daily living; adult and pediatric nursing to care for chronic and acute conditions; and habilitation services to help people with developmental and intellectual disabilities live more independently. As a non-profit organization, we believe we have a greater opportunity to work toward our vision of helping millions of people worldwide experience a better quality of life.
