After my cleaning service, I went to the front office to pay for my co-payment. I asked the lady if my insurance is working since I updated it that day just so I can fix it if ever there's a problem with it. She said it's working. I noticed Desiree and the other lady to her left (there's 3 of them in front), we're side-eyeing with each other like very judgy look. That was so uncalled for. I don't know why they did such thing 'cos I can clearly see both of them doing the look. I like their services but the front office people are not it. They should not be rude since they're the first point of contact for patients and the last point of contact when we check out. Hoping they'll be kinder next time and should be approachable. Props to the people working at the back (doing the services), they're so nice.
