I just had the worst experience with Dr. Chu. Ive been to him for two previous procedures and hesitated returning but because it was the same area in my mouth, I wanted imaging from him. Hes the only doctor thats treated me this way, and its the first time Ive ever left a bad review. He is so narrow minded to root canals being the only answer, he actually rolled his eyes at me when I told him that I wanted an implant. He said I should floss more which was insulting being that I floss at least two times a day. He is complacent, and extremely dismissive with horrible bedside manner. Very impressed with this Endodontics office. I walked in with an excruciating toothache, and walked out with no pain. Staff was efficient, courteous, and professional. Dr. Chu is gentle, skilled, and focused. My entire experience was easy, effortless, and pain free. What more could you ask for?
