TSA

Natalie (lead officer) at the Lihue TSA, caused a ton of unecessary drama. My wife was told to take off her sweatshirt, before she was even done loading up her bin by Natalie with EXTREME sass and crazy eyes. So my wife did that, but then she bobbed her head around with even MORE sass and crazy eyes saying "and your PHONE tHaTs iN yOuR pOcKeT tOo.!!!" My wife was sort of struck with the rudeness, but tossed her phone in the bin, which set Natalie over the edge. She started going to every TSA agent striring drama stating that my wife "threw her phone at her" and fabricating a major story that never happened. I witnessed the entire thing, and may end up filing a harassement suit over this. I have traveled all over the country and this was the first time I have ever lodged a complaint with TSA. I generally have understanding for customer service people not being treated well, and sometimes people have bad days, HOWEVER... This was completely out of line and put a huge bad taste in our mouth for Kauai. Also despite after all of this was said and done, they forgot to scan literally everyones bag for fruit. Which they waitied until we were at the gate 30 mins before our flight boarded to send everyone back through a different line. These guys have zero professional courtesy or couth.

We were at the airport 2.5 hours before our flight and missed our flight because of TSA. Only 1 person checking ID'S for both pre-check and regular TSA line. Once we got thought ID check 2.5 hours, we moved to security. They literally patted every person coming thought security. What a joke TSA is because hundreds of people missed their flights.

Rude tsa agents. After a great Kauai trip, tsa left a sore taste.
