He's a true professional and communicates well to make sure everything runs smoothly during escrow. It's difficult to get offers accepted in this market, but he's done a fabulous job getting his clients into a property whether it be a first-time homebuyer or an investor on a 1031 exchange.

We worked with Anis on the purchase of our lot outside of Makawao. Anis was very prompt responding to our texts and emails and fully answered any questions quickly (or followed up with the appropriate people like the seller or county agencies). He also assembled and shared all documents related to the property accessible online - it was somewhat unexpected and very well appreciated. Overall, we were very happy working with Anis.

Anis was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout every step of the process as first-time home buyers. Every time we had a question, he responded promptly and thoroughly. He also was quick to follow up and coordinate with all other interested parties and to problem-solve any issues that came up. It was a great experience!
