My family and I were so lucky to choose Debbie to represent our Maui condo. It was a bit of a challenge, because there were four siblings she had to communicate with, and it was very emotional ( the condo had been in our family for 35 years)! She was a true professional, and at the same time, a warm, genuine, funny and all around great person. She was a wonderful communicator, negotiator, advisor and was fair and patient. Wow what an amazing realtor and a wonderful person. Debbie Arakaki was our realtor to sell 2 of our properties in Maui. Mike and I are from New York and we simply could not go to Maui; Debbie took care of everything. It only took her 24 hours to find a buyer. Everyone knows and respects her. She was phenomenal. Debbie Arakaki is by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever dealt with. Our family has purchased and sold over 15 homes in 4 different states over the years.
