        This is regarding the phone options Called to get an answer to a “yes or no” question. Took forever to wade thru the mess of options for everything from A to Z, excluding Y or N. When it (the electrolyzed voice) finally said she would redirect me to a human, it said the wait would be 55 minutes to one hour and a quarter. This for a post office the size of a postage stamp. A very small postage stamp. Funny, because the people at the counter are generally really nice and helpful. As I said, this review is for the phone call-in options.

        A great post office in the heart of Kilauea, Kauai. A lot of new developments around the post office may be a good thing or a bad thing, time will tell.
