        I love this library , but some of the women working there need to be a little nicer . I swear some work with the same attitude as prison guards . Sucks the life out of learning . I am sure they must deal with the homeless etc but being rude adds nothing positive in this world. Plus they have 2 security people there to monitor all that Their sole job is to be friendly , check books in and out and organize stuff around , If ya aint happy working at a library that just shows that youre a miserable human . Do better Kihei library leader . Make sure your staff is getting laid frequently lol .

        The joy in this library is gone. Auntie Kathleen was the best. She made the children's library so welcoming. She moved to another library. The rest of the current staff is unkind and flat out rude. It's so unfortunate because our island is down 2 libraries.

        Wonderful library with not only books but a great selection of daily newspapers, a variety of periodicals and a wonderful Hawaiian reference section. They have events for children and its a very clean and beautiful facility.
