On April 4, I received an email confirming my order for 3 large plastic jars on Kona freeze dried coffee. Eight days later I received 3 SMALL glass jars of Kona ...not what I ordered. I called the company numerous time to complain. It seems that they do not maintain regular business hours. When I finally was able to talk to someone they admitted the mistake and assured me that a replacement order would be expedited. On Monday, April 18th, I received an email informing me that the replacement order was sent via Fedex, however Fedex informed me that a label was created but the package was not forwarded to them. I don't know how this company stays in business. They don't open during regular hours; they don't return calls; they don't do what they promise to do. I am now forced to dispute the amount charged to my Mastercard . WARNING: If you intend to order anything from this company, BY VERY CAREFUL.
