As a first time home buyer it's overwhelming trying to figure out what you're getting yourself into. Having a professional scope out a property on your behalf goes a long way in helping with the process.
Mark was fantastic! He was on time, very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably generous with time and knowledge! I'm now confident in the condition of the property we're purchasing and feel like a better qualified home owner!
As for pricing, of the 5 quotes we received Mark was the best value hands down.
I highly recommend Mark Thorman Home Inspections if you need your Maui home or condo inspected. I will be using Mark again without question!
