The Bella Bloom team are so professional, experienced, & talented when it comes to pulling off stunning Hawaiian florals! We knew right away that we wanted Bella Bloom to do our wedding - with a bright, tropical vibe & sunset hues - they not only brought the vision to life & exceeded our expectations, but helped guide us along the way, giving pro tips & recommendations, and were experienced at working with our other vendors to make it all happen seamlessly!! We can't recommend them enough - everyone is still talking about the flowers!

Working with Bella Bloom was, sadly, potentially the only disappointment of our wedding. I hate to post this review after so much work had gone into my floral arrangements, but these are my honest feelings and I think other brides should be aware of the pitfalls so as to avoid miscommunication. When we first spoke with Bella Bloom, we communicated that our floral budget ($6500 for a 40-person wedding) should prioritize the florals and size of the bridal bouquet; other flowers should loosely match these. Throughout the experience, we worked with 1-2 florists who work at the salon, who were very kind, professional, and detailed. However, although we gave examples of the types of florals we wanted to include, we communicated that we did not want to be prescriptive about the specific flowers in bouquets outside of the bridal bouquet. Bella Bloom staff misunderstood this and included (and priced) each of the suggested/recommended flower types, which inflated our costs and shrunk the size of the bouquets, which should have been prioritized. Eventually, I think they grew tired of our requests to make updates to our guest count, table arrangements, etc. (yes, there were a lot), and our sense is that they shrank the size of our florals to accommodate their time. My bridal bouquet, nearly $500, was a moderate size but not the flowing, long bouquet of orchids Id been specific about. I was crushed that wed put in so much time and effort for such an underwhelming effect. That said, the staff were kind and professional throughout, and the floral arrangements were tasteful. Unfortunately, they misrepresented the size of the arrangements during our conversations and focused too much on specific florals, which inflated our costs and shrank our arrangements. I believe there are a few other florists who could have done similar work for a bigger effect.

Overall, it was very beautiful work! They delivered the flowers on time! I ordered a tropical bridal bouquet, I included 6 different inspiration photos for my bouquet (the main focal point of my order) & a description of what I wanted. The downside & why I only gave 4 stars, I don't like lack of communication in what they are planning on doing, I wasn't given updates (I booked their services a year in advance) but when it came closer to the wedding I reached out to confirm what the most important features in my bouquet- the cascading orchid (I included a photo when I booked their service), I was told they used a different photo as inspiration for my bouquet. I was able to pay the upgrade to add this feature but if I hadn't taken the initiative to follow up I would have had a much different bouquet than what I thought I ordered by using the cascading orchid photo in my inspiration photos. I think the communication of what they are planning can be improved. I would have gladly paid the fee in the beginning, I never questioned the price. My invoice said orchids, so I assumed that included all the orchids I included in my sample pics, I don't know the different types of orchids. I also ordered flowers to be added to my hair. They provided several choices that match my bouquet, of course, I chose orchids. The boutonnieres were very beautiful, they used orchids. My mom had a corsage matching my bouquet-perfect size, not too big. Mine & my husband's leis were very beautifully made. I ordered a haku for my trash the shoot the day after my wedding-picked it up. Held up nicely and was able to do 2 photoshoots with it.
