Mottola Graham

Graham mottola is a slimey attorney. Would give zero stars if I could. Graham was quick to take my 'flat rate' for the entirety of my case (over $1000 dollars without mentioning he would be retiring and wouldn't be taking my case on further after the initial hearings. I lost everything in the lahaina fire and ended up having to hire another attorney (another $1000). Would also like to add, during my initial hearing with Graham as my representative, he was not up to date with current laws and my punishment was longer than expected. Graham should learn the definition of Aloha if he's going to be in hawaii. The jerk said he's retired so don't give him your money

Absolutely love this guy! I live out of state in Nevada, I had a DUI in Hawaii that he completely took care of. Very professional and I didn't have to stress about anything.. absolutely nothing! He was professional and a great communicator. Plus he just really got this stuff handled quickly! Definitely recommend five stars

I had a complicated DUI case but Mr Mottola definitely handled it strategically and precise. My final outcome was taking an alcoholic driving class and that's it! He expunged my record and it was literally the best possible outcome.

Very knowledgeable, and he came highly recommended from some attorney friends. Through every step of the process, he calmly explained the situation and our options. Seems that in many cases, he is able to charge a flat fee (versus complicated per-hour billing for services). I am pleased with my result.
